You deal with one dedicated Project Director, eliminating vendor coordination headaches.

We provide up to three (3) iterative rounds of 3D schematic adjustments to ensure the color palette, spatial flow, lighting mood, and material selections match your exact vision before technical production drawings are frozen.

  • Luxury Landmark (₹4,500 - ₹7,500+/sq.ft.): Imported Italian marble, bespoke fluted woodwork, smart IoT automation, high-STC boardroom acoustics.

No. Every BOQ item is specified with exact brand names, thickness gauges, and material specifications. Variation Orders (VOs) are only triggered if the client explicitly requests changes to the approved drawings or upgrades material finishes during active site construction.

3. Timelines & Delivery Guarantee

Commercial offices up to 25,000 sq.ft. are typically handed over within 60 to 90 calendar days. Because our modular cabinetry is pre-fabricated off-site in precision German-machined factories while on-site civil and MEP rough-ins happen concurrently, we compress traditional execution timelines by 40%.

Clients receive weekly photographic progress dossiers, milestone Gantt chart updates, and optional live secure streaming camera feeds from the site.
